Introduction

Finance Agent App (the "App") is provided by Elixir Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• Account & login data: username and password submitted to our backend API for authentication.
• Profile & contact: user ID, user name, mobile number, selected company code (returned by the server and stored locally).
• Collection and operational data: customer names, payment status, installment details, route/area assignments, and notes entered while using the app.

B. Login Information

We process authentication credentials to authenticate users and protect account security. Production deployments must use HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit.

C. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (model, OS version).
• Network and connectivity information (IP address, connectivity status).
• App usage, crash reports and diagnostics (if enabled).
• Approximate location only if required by a feature.

2. Account, Collections & Management

Authenticated users can view and manage customer collections, installments, payment status, and related notes. Data shown within the app is accessible only within authenticated sessions and used solely for operational purposes. Access is restricted by role checks implemented server-side.

3. Administrative & Business Data

For business accounts we may process company identifiers, availability/route assignments, financial records, contract or invoice identifiers, and revenue reports. When processing customer data on behalf of business customers, we act as a Data Processor.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, provide collection and routing features, sync data with backend servers, provide technical support and diagnostics, and send local notifications. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Payment Processing

The current app does not process payments directly. If payment functionality is integrated, payments will be processed through PCI-compliant third‑party providers and full card numbers will not be stored by the app.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards including TLS (production), secure authentication, and server-side RBAC. The repository contains HTTP endpoints used for local/dev testing — for production always use HTTPS and enforce TLS on backend servers.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information with backend servers/APIs, third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, monitoring, notification services), and legal authorities when required by law. We never sell user personal data.

8. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data (see Contact), subject to legal constraints.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal data. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you access the App from outside India, your information may be transferred to jurisdictions where our servers and providers operate.

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website with an updated effective date.
